1 Week No Junk Challenge-Day7
Its the last day of 1 Week No Junk challenge for me today. You guys still have 1 day to go, keep going. Just 1 more day, so hang in there 🙂
I have learnt a lot in the last week. I have been low carbing for quite a while but still this challenge was not so easy for me like I thought it would be! I missed tomato ketchup the most. I usually have omelette with either coriander chutney but when its not prepared ready, then I use ketchup. Although, I added vinegar in omelette to make it tasty, nothing beats the taste of a dip !
I did hit a Eureka moment this week and tried these cheese crackers. It takes only 30 seconds to make them in microwave. The taste is heavenly and I can die for them, seriously! I will share how I made them, not sure if there is a recipe for making them since it just happened 😛
I have been more regular in my workout this week and managed to shed 1.9 kgs in the past 9 days. The entire credit goes to IWB Weight Loss team. Even though I know what to eat and what not to, I was not progressing too well in the past few months. A coach is what I needed ! A push is what I needed. And voila it worked! I learnt that no matter how expert you are, its best to have someone keep an eye on you and thrash the hell out of you when you cheat 😉 , ooh yeah!
