    I cant be g to differ here with you… each and everything you have mentioned here is so true.. I have felt it myself… I have lost 9 kgs in last 4 months. For a person like me, its a commendable thing.. I have miles to go before I reach my goal…1 But this is the first stepping stone for me and I am so joyed out .. Can’t put it in words…!
