Phase one: This lasts for 5 days. During this period you can enjoy unlimited meat, eggs, fish and veggies (excluding potatoes and mushrooms), yoghurt, herbs, spices and 1 portion of the ‘safe grains’ like brown rice, quinoa, oats.

Phase two: This phase lasts for as long as you want to lose weight. Baked potatoes, dairy products and whole grains are brought back in this phase.

Phase three: This phase lasts for a lifetime. It tells you the golden rules of “cheating” while maintaining an ideal weight.

How much weight can be lost with the help of this diet?

This is what most people want to know about. The results!!! Well the nutritionist claims that when a person follows this diet, he/she can lose 5 to 7 pounds in the first 5 days! In terms of kilos that would be approx. 2.5 to 3.5 kgs.
