How To Make Almond Milk
The most important thing about almond is that they are gluten-free which makes them a healthy alternative for people with celiac disease.
We are always advised to take almonds with milk to gain better health. But what if we don’t want to take milk?
Almond milk is a good substitute for milk. You can drink it as it is or use in recipes, substituting it for regular milk.
Here is how you can make almond milk-
Soak almonds in water overnight or if you are pressed for time then soak them for about 4 hours. The ratio of water to almonds should be 5:1.
Blend the almonds with all the water in a mixer and sieve the mixture using a clean cloth.
Your almond milk is ready. You can enjoy it in any way you want 🙂
