Nature’s Best Zero Carb Isopure Review

Β Hi girls,

Do you work out? Are you a vegetarian? Do you shy away from drinking milk? Are you lactose intolerant? Do you often feel low on stamina while working out? If majority of this is answered in affirmative, then welcome aboard. I too am a vegetarian, and I skipped the most important part of weight loss routine, called β€œProteins”. Yes, workout without protein is like running the car without petrol said by a very wise dietician πŸ˜‰

Most of us have become lactose intolerant; blame it on the quality of milk, the additives and then pollution. Poor cows can’t breathe even!

Anyhow, my gym trainer suggested me some really great tips on how to increase muscle mass which takes up the space occupied by fat! And makes you leaner. Thus, even while you are resting, the muscle mass is working and making your metabolism fast. In turn, you lose inches and look fab! Thus, muscle training really helps.

I consume a particular type of protein to restore the muscle wear and tear during my workout. The protein is known as whey isolate.

Β Whey has 3 forms, concentrate, isolate and hydrolysate. Isolates are usually recommended for people having lactose intolerance. Whey Isolate is produced by a variety of membrane filtration techniques with the goal of reaching more than 90% protein concentration and the removal of most lactose constituents, this type of Whey protein is a good protein source for individuals with lactose intolerance as it is devoid of fat and contains little or no lactose. You can read more about Whey Concentrate and Isolate here.

I consume Isopure manufactured by Natures Best. It is one of the best ones available in the market (India) and is relatively affordable than its other imported counter parts. If you wish to know how to chose best whey protein for your needs, read here.

Initially, I used some milk and water to have isopure, but I used to have a running stomach. Thus, now I switched to plain water or juice. Always take flavors which are not very fancy. I always check the sodium content on the labels. Lower the sodium the better it is. You will find that plain flavors always have less sodium πŸ™‚

When to consume Nature’s Best Zero Carb Isopure

Post work out is the best time, when you need protein. However consult your doctor if you are on any medication/expecting/lactating mother or your body protein content is high. Although it is absolutely safe, but taking precaution is always better πŸ™‚

I take protein supplement once a day after my workout. I have recently started using brown rice protein, which is also suiting me. I will share about that soon, I have some great ideas on how to use that one πŸ˜‰

  1. Hi I am a pure vegetarian, and I don’t even touch non-veg (no offense to non-veg people), my instructor suggested me isopure protein. I am a bit confused whether to have it or not as there’s a statement on the bottle “This product is produced in a facility with soy, dairy, EGG and wheat ingredients, peanuts and tree nuts”. Kindly let me know if there’s a pure vegetarian option.
