Bananas are a rich source of potassium and help in keeping the acid level in the belly in check. There are also certain components in it that increase mucous production in the stomach. Bananas are also high in fibre which helps in speeding up digestion and preventing acidity from occurring again.
Tip: Eat a ripe banana to get relief. Even an overripe banana is good as it has more potassium making it the perfect acidity antidote.
Tulsi is helpful in stimulating the stomach to increase mucous production. It also has antiulcer properties along with the ability to reduce the effect of gastric acids.
