Vinita has shared a wonderful article on Vitamin D already. Read it here. She has shared all the gyaan but still I have a few points to mention that I learnt from my dietician. Here we go,
- In order to absorb Vitamin D from sun, you need to out in the sun between 12 – 3 pm
- Since Indians are wheatish-dusky in complexion, the melanin is high which interferes with absorption of Vitamin D
- Vitamin D also helps in absorption of iron. If you are anemic, you could be deficient in Vitamin D too. I am(read was 🙂 ) anemic, and this hold true for me
- More than 80% of white collared people are deficient in Vitamin D. Oooh yeah, we love AC

You need to consume 3-5 drops a day. The bottle has a nozzle which helps in counting drops as you pour.
How to Consume BioCare BioMulsion D
It is best taken at night before sleeping. You can take 3-5 drops in water. It tastes extremely yuckky , so please don’t think of swallowing. My dietician gave me a wonderful idea of taking it in 2 spoons of curd. You will hardly feel its taste :).
There is no Pros and Cons section in this review ! I find no faults in BioCare BioMulsion D supplement. It is not expensive at all if you are thinking. 1 bottle will last long. BioCare BioMulsion D is a must have if you are deficient in Vitamin D.
