I know your curiosity about my diet and supplements. They are tailor made as per the deficiencies that I have and goals that I want to meet. But I know that Weight Loss is always challenging. Its always good if we have someone to encourage us, to push us for more n more …..

I have set a target to lose 1 kg weight every week and hence 4 kgs in 4 weeks. I know this is an ambitious target. I read somewhere – Aim for the stars, for even if you fall , you would land up on the Moon ! I hope you understand what I mean πŸ™‚ .

New year should see a lighter me ! Do you wish the same for yourself ? If yes, comment on this post below to register.

If we have a few volunteers who wish to accompany me in this challenge, I will share my diet, exercise schedule and tips every day. The post would cover everything that I face and everything that I do to attain my goal.

        its soooo encouraging to see people sailing in the same boat and fighting to loose weight against all odds…

    • Sure :). Working time is an important factor since our hormones follow our body cycle. But that in no way means you cant lose weight.

  2. Am in..I have to go office and come late..and as I stay in pg I am not able to have low oil home cooked food…but still I want to do this challenge and it would be awesome to reach the goal…

      • yeah sure….
        I am following a diet which contains recipes prepared without oil. Walking is compulsory for 1.5 hrs.
        No wheat n rice.
        Have to follow a pattern of diet planned for every week.
        First week – Mon to Saturday – veg juices, soups, salads and vegetables boiled with all kinda masala but no oil.
        Sunday for first week will be for ur taste buds – Breakfast will be idli or, upma or egg whites.
        Lunch will be two jowari roti and leafy veg.
        Dinner will be fruits or moong/rajma salad

        Second week – Mon to Friday -same as first week
        Saturday – same diet as followed on Sunday for first week
        Sunday – Breakfast – bread toast or idli or bread egg white omlette or egg burji. brown bread should be consumed.
        lunch – veggie can have 2 roti, dal, any veg. and salads
        noj veggie – 2 roti , chicken/fish curry and salads. no coconut should be used in gravy
        brown rice can be consumed instead of roti
        Brunch – 2 dhoklas or bhel or digestive biscuits.
        Dinner – fruits or salads

        ** In the entire programme, everyday one should consume 4 litres of water with few drops of lemon and salt. Water should be finished by 7:30pm. This will wonders to increase ur BMR.
        Two and half cup of milk should be consumed in the entire day.
        Walking is must.
        No sugar. 5 tablets of sugar or 1 sachet of sugar should be consumed the entire day.

        The above diet should be followed as per the week given. First week and second week will go in alternat fashion.

  6. tarunpreet, obviouly am in, but this whole month m having a bad schedule, and am travelling from 11 to 15.food is not a problem as my maid cooks n sends my tiffin, but extensive workout will be a problem,please design a plan where i can also fit, am more then willing for this n group me weight loss is a fun

  7. and ya if i also lose 8 kg with u, u get a gift from me also……..pakka,lekin please mujhe patla karo, i had my attemts at gyms of losing weight and getting it back after leaving it,obviously my work schedule is so hectis tht i cant continue 2 hrs gym session regularly

  8. I have been off track.. Could use some motivation.. I am in.. though I have to attend a wedding and travel this month.. So I am targeting more on maintaining my wgt πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€ .. If I read motivated ppl at least I will not hogg πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

  12. I have lost 7 kilos with a consistent effort for the past year (I am not that fat, just big boned :p)
    But I wish I could join this….. πŸ™
