1 Week Weight Loss Challenge-Diet Plan Day 5

Hello Everyone,

It is Day 5! Half the journey is covered considering you guys were able to successfully follow the plan for 4 days. Just 2 more days to go, hang in there!
We will share a low calorie detox plan for Day 6 and Day 7. Since its weekend, you can spend some time juicing and detoxing yourself 😉 . This will help you to shed 1-2 kgs more!

Let me quickly share diet plan for tomorrow Day 5-Friday!

Diet Plan For Non Vegetarians – Day 5

As soon as you get up, have half a lemon in luke warm water + 6 almonds. You can also have apple cider vinegar instead of lemon water.

Breakfast

Egg muffins. Use 2 eggs for this recipe so that your tummy is full!

Mid morning

1 small apple. You can have tea or coffee too but without sugar. You can use stevia instead of sugar.

Lunch

1 big bowl of Cucumber tomato salad. Do not skip salad, it .is mandatory.  Balsamic baked chicken– 2 or 3 pieces. If you can’t avoid roti, have 1 small multi-grain roti.  Mix oats and wheat flour half and half, to prepare the multigrain roti.

Snack

Peanut salad. Use 30 peanuts only.

Dinner

Fish tikka with mint and coriander. Have lots of salad – shredded lettuce, capsicum and tomato. Have as much as needed to make you feel full.

If you are hungry, only then have a small glass of hot milk.

Diet Plan For Vegetarians/Eggitarians – Day 5

If you are an eggitarian, have egg muffins. Use 2 eggs for this recipe so that your tummy is full! Vegetarian folks can have sprouts with a glass of buttermilk.

1 big bowl of Cucumber tomato salad. Do not skip salad, it is mandatory.  1 multi grain roti + 1 big bowl of palak paneer + 1 small cup curd. Paneer should not be more than 40 grams, palak can be as much as you want. Use less oil in preparing dishes, use non stick cookware. Mix oats and wheat flour half and half, to prepare the multigrain roti.

Snack

Peanut salad. Use 30 peanuts only.

Dinner

1 big bowl of Cucumber tomato salad. Do not skip salad, it .is mandatory.  Have broccoli mushroom or brocolli cheese soup as much as you want to fill yourself up.
