1 Week Weight Loss Challenge-Diet Plans For Weight Loss

Hello Everyone,

Welcome to our 1 Week Weight Loss Challenge. We have free Diet Plans For  this Weight Loss Challenge… Yes, you heard it right. We are challenging you to lose weight within one week. Are you ready?

The Challenge is to lose 2.5 to 3 kg in one week with the help of our diet plans. Yesss! We are giving free diet plans to you to help you out.

Diet Plan 1

(For Non Vegetarians)

As soon as you get up, have half a lemon in lukewarm water + 6 almonds. You can also have apple cider vinegar instead of lemon water but be careful about your teeth. Use a straw to drink ACV.

Breakfast

  • Eggs are the best breakfast ever! You can have 2 eggs in any form.
  • Omelette,
  • Scrambled eggs
  • Boiled eggs.
  • Check out this awesome way to have eggs as breakfast.

Mid morning

It is very important to eat every 2-3 hours. Have a fruit for example

  • an apple or
  • few strawberries or
  • one whole walnut or
  • few pistachios.
  • Of course, you can have tea or coffee too but without sugar.

Lunch

  • A big plate of cucumber, tomato, onion salad is must. Remember, fiber is very important to lose weight.
  • Have 1 multi grain roti + Chicken breast with sauteed veggies.
  • You can have chicken in any form – gravy or tandoori.
  • We will be sharing chicken and fish recipes soon.

Snack

  • 1 glass tender coconut water or
  • 1 glass buttermilk.
  • Cheese slice as its easy to carry too!

Dinner

  • Chicken tikka and fresh green salad.
  • Loads of salad and fish fry. Use basa fillets for quick fish fry.
  • Fresh green salad and cabbage soup in case you wish to eat vegetarian some day.

Bed Time

  • If you are hungry, only then have a glass of hot milk.

Diet Plan 2

(For Vegetarians)

As soon as you wake up, have half a lemon in luke warm water + 6 almonds. You can also have apple cider vinegar instead of lemon water but be careful about your teeth. Use a straw to drink ACV.

Breakfast

For pure vegetarians….

Mid morning

Its very important to eat every 2-3 hours. Have a fruit like

  • 1 apple or
  • 2-3 strawberries or
  • 2 half kernels walnuts or
  • 5 pistachios.
  • You can have tea or coffee too but without sugar.

Lunch

  • Cucumber tomato salad is mandatory, fiber is very important to lose weight.
  • 1 multi grain roti with 1 bowl any vegetable without potato + 1/2 cup dal preferably whole green moong dal.
  • You can also have curd, half a katori.

Snack

  • 1 glass tender coconut water or
  • 1 glass buttermilk.
  • Cheese slice as its easy to carry too!

Dinner

  • Lots of salad and any home made clear soup with a sprinkle of fresh paneer.
  • Cabbage soup or
  • lauki palak soup!

Bed Time

  • If you are hungry, only then have a glass of hot milk.

(For Vegans)

If you are a vegan or wish to go vegan to kick off some pounds, follow this raw vegan diet plan.

  1. Hi, I’m so glad to join this one week challenge. I have some queries though, kindly let me know what should be done regarding them. Firstly I have a high blood pressure problem which fluctuates randomly. Secondly I also suffer from extreme low sugar problem, hence its mandatory for me to have something sweet. Now since I don’t drink tea or coffee can I have a glass of milk instead or green tea? And lastly I’m allergic to tomatoes, for salad what is the alternative for tomato. Kindly let me know.   2. I actually fast on Mondays……n also desperately want to do this challenge….. Can u pls help as to what I should eat and when……I have one meal ie lunch.

  3. Wake up at 8:00 am ( can’t wake earlier because of my baby)

    Apple cider vinegar (8:30 am)

    1glass milk in breakfast (9:00am)

    1apple ( 12:30 noon )and
    green tea (2:30) mid morning

    1chapati without ghee, 1katori subzi, 2katori dal and 3teaspoons of white rice ,1katori curd(5pm I return from office)
    Lunch (can’t have lunch at office. Office rules)

    Apple (8:00pm) as I can’t have dinner after lunch at 5

    Some peanuts and kala chana rosted ( handful 10:30)

    Sleep at 12:30

    PS. I m lactating mom

  4. How can this be planned for someone who works out? You need a lot of protein intake, so does this diet work for someone who opts to work out either in the morning or evening?

    • Work out with diet is the best way to lose weight. You can go for a protein supplement in the form of shake if you really burn that many calories during workouts.

  5. I had undergone a laproscopic surgery on august 19, 2015 with ovarian cyst. Also i give feed to my 13- month old baby. What should i eat?

    I am vegetarian and after pregnancy my tummy is really big its looks like I am pregnant again so does this plan work for my tummy? and I also have hitus hernia so I not allowed to eat any sour things. No citrus fruits, no tomatoes so what I have to do?

  7. Should we take only egg white or we can have d yellow part too….I m also allergic to milk… What else can I have at night coz only soup will leave me hungry..
