The recipe I am talking about today is Coriander Chutney and it is a very popular recipe in Indian households as the salty mixture of coriander leaves along with other kitchen ingredients like tomato, salt, garlic, mint etc. gives a really tasteful punch to the food with which is usually served.

Ingredients-

  • Coriander Leaves
  • Green Chilli
  • Ripe Tomato
  • Salt

First of all roast the tomato on medium flame and mix all the ingredients in a grinder. Blend it thoroughly. The roasted tomato gives a yummy aroma to the chutney.

4-Coriander Chutney with Almonds-

Ingredients-

  • Almonds
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Green Chilli
  • Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • Sugar

5-Coriander Chutney with Sesame seeds

Ingredients

  • Coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Peanuts
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame seeds

  • 1/4tsp roasted cumin seeds
  • 1/4tsp black salt
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • 2-3 ice cubes

Grind these ingredients together to form a smooth paste or until everything grinds well. Don’t add water as the ice cubes will enough to give the perfect consistency to the chutney.

Ingredients-

  • Coriander leaves
  • Garlic
  • Green Chilli
  • 1-2 tbsp Thick Curd
  • Lemon juice (few drops)
  • Salt as per taste

This easy recipe uses thick curd which gives an essence to the taste and is very similar in taste to the chutney served in restaurants.

7-Coriander Chutney With Dry Mango powder

Ingredients-

  • Coriander leaves
  • Green chilli
  • Cumin seeds
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
