5 Cucumber Infused Water Recipes

Cucumber water is delicious and cuts your craving for sugary drinks. It also makes you drink more water due to the taste factor. Cucumber water reduces blood pressure and boosts bone health due to the presence of vitamin K. Antioxidants of cucumber work against free radicals that damage skin and give you glowing skin that doesn’t show premature aging. And lastly if you need a quick fix for a hangover, cucumber water can just be the thing you need.

It is easy to prepare cucumber water at home. You can try some of these Cucumber Infused Water Recipes-

Basic Cucumber Infused Water

Cut a cucumber into halves and remove the seeds if you want. Fill 1.5 litre water in a pitcher and place cucumber slices in it. Let the cucumbers steep overnight. If you do not have much time then leave cucumbers for at least an hour. Keep it in refrigerator or put lots of ice cubes in the water.

Remove the cucumber slices and enjoy the healthy drink.

Cucumber Infused Water with Mint

1 handful mint leaves

1 large cucumber

1 organic lemon

1 handful ice (optional)

Water 1.5 litre


Crush the mint leaves a little and place them in a pitcher.

Place cucumber and lemon slices in the pitcher.

Add in lot of ice cubes and then fill the container with water.

Stir well and refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.

Cucumber Infused Water with Strawberry


1 cup sliced strawberries

1 cup sliced cucumbers

2 limes, sliced

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

Ice cubes

1.5 litre Water


Place strawberries, lemon slices, mint leaves and cucumber slices in a container.

Add in ice cubes and fill the jar with water.

Refrigerate for 10 minutes and serve.

Cucumber Infused Water with Pineapple


1/2 cup pineapple slices

1 cucmber, sliced

1.5 litre water


Place cucumber and pineapple slices in a jar and fill it with water and add ice cubes.

Refrigerate for 4 hours and enjoy.

Cucumber Infused Water with Orange


2-3 liters water

2 oranges, sliced

1 lemon, sliced

½ large cucumber, sliced

1 handful of fresh mint leaves


Place oranges, cucumber and lemon in a jar. Mash a bit.

Crush the mint leaves a little and place them in the pitcher.

Add water and ice cubes.

Stir and enjoy.
