I know everyone does not love yoga or workout in general as much as I do. Some may not be as enthusiastic to workout everyday regardless of how healthy they are or not.

But what I am doing here if not to make your job easy and try to get you adapt a healthier lifestyle?

So here I am with a workout idea for people especially who don’t want an everyday workout or just have too good metabolism and get away with eating anything but still would like to exercise a bit.

Now especially in these chilling winter mornings…many of us including me would not like to leave the warmth of our bed. So here I am with few asanas that can be done on bed and actually will make you get warmer while you do them helping you to feel active and more likely to workout. These have gentle stretching poses and few exercises involving lungs.

This asana releases wind for your stomach and lungs. This is an excellent asana for people who have breathing problems and gastric troubles.

Steps to do this:

  1. You can do this while in the sleeping position flat on your back, legs should be straight, palms facing down on either side of you.
  2. Now bend your knee towards your stomach and hold it in place with your hands interlocked at fingers. Try to hold it as close your chest as possible and repeat with each leg for 5 times. Relax and repeat with both legs simultaneously.
  3. While relaxing get hands down first and without the support of your back or shoulders, bring your legs slowly to normal stance.
