Till the time I had not touched 40, I had been hearing and reading about the “Fab 40s” and that for women 40 and beyond is the best age to be in. Well, as I said that is what I had heard but once I reached that point, I realised that to some extent it was true. This was the age when I decided to take life head on and start thinking about myself as an individual; this was the period when like any other woman of my age I became comfortable in my skin; developed confidence in my skills as a woman as well as a writer.
But a few things are there which are really troubling me like that unexplained (despite of knowing the reason, my undying cravings I prefer to relate to it as unexplained)weight gain and those terrible hormonal mood swings and nothing explains my lazy state better than this one:
Yes, same is my state and in return I am gaining weight which I can easily blame on my cravings for sweets especially chocolates. But then now I need to stop being stupid and give away my hard work of three years. So I have decided to follow a few rules for eating healthy food keeping my age and conditions so that I am able to enjoy my best years in a better way having a blast of the time.
After crossing the age of 40 there are a few foods that must be had in order to keep the weight under control. Here is a list of foods which they say if added to your daily diet and you can shed about 10 pounds over the course of a year.
