How to age gracefully?
Aging is but natural. However, you can add some grace to the process with the following 10 tricks. They will help you look and feel young! Come on, age gracefully!
1) Be particular about your skin care routine
Include skin care products in your daily life that have peptides. This is to stimulate collagen production and prevent formation of fine lines. Use a good eye cream. The skin around the eyes is very thin with only a few oil glands. That is why crow’s feet appear easily. You see, you need your ‘beauty sleep’. While you sleep, the body releases a hormone responsible for growth that helps restore elastin and collagen. Both are the building blocks of healthy and young skin. Not being able to sleep for 7 to 9 hours every night can increase chances of obesity, diabetes and heart disease.
