American Garden has 2 types of peanut butter, Chunky and Creamy. Chunky has peanut chunks and is crispy n chunky. Creamy peanut butter is plain peanut butter. I like Chunky better..because of the noise it makes when I bite.. Β kat kat kat lol πŸ˜›

2 Tbsp has 8 gms carbs. I usually have 1 Tbsp when I am hungry. Will share a trick with you to fill your tummy and kill your hunger pangs at the end of this post.

Tips To Relish American Garden Peanut Butter

Keep a bottle in your office. I have done so. Whenever I am hungry despite eating snacks, I have 1 spoon of peanut butter. It does not need refrigeration, so no problem at all πŸ™‚

If you are hungry, have 2 Tbsp of peanut butter with handful walnuts. Your tummy will be full πŸ™‚ . Ana shared this tip with me and I absolutely love having my peanut butter this way πŸ™‚

    My story of peanut butter,
    Last time when i went hunting for shopping, got this in my hand and reading what ever printed in the label.
    And when,i came to the ingredients part,read it had sugar(more calories),salt(water retention),vegetable oil(omega 3 vs omega 6 ratio) and for nutrients the protein is less than fat and carb. So kept it down with heavy heart.
    But after reading the article yesterday,
    felt if Tarun can have it, i too will and bought after today’s gym session and posting the comment after tasting it. yummy.

  3. Satish, unfortunately i have not found any peanut butter without sugar and vegetable oil. Protein is less than fat, that’s good, no faults with that. Salt does no harm if you are low carbing otherwise it will cause water retention.
