Good Morning ! How was your Monday 😉 ? Generally , I notice people supporting me when I say I hate Monday :P. If you hate Monday because you have to work, I can only wish you have a relaxed Monday. If you hate Monday because you need to workout, then perhaps I might help :).

Takes less time

HIIT is efficient and perhaps the best workout for a busy schedule. You can train better in just 15 minutes using HIIT than doing cardio for the same time.  2 weeks of HIIT can improve your aerobic capacity ! So, even when you are short of time 3 times between Monday to Friday, you can do HIIT. No more excuses of skipping your exercise will work 😉

Increase metabolism

HIIT stimulates production of human growth hormone (HGH) by up to 450 percent during the 24 hours after you finish your workout. HGH increases caloric burn and slows down the aging process. So, it makes you younger and fit  !

Healthy Heart

How many times have you run out of breath while working out ? Most of us do not push ourselves to ananerobic zone where we can’t breathe and the heart pumps blood like crazy 😉 . During HIIT, you will be pushed to anaerobic zone and work towards a healthy heart.

  1. I am on losing my fat spree again. I fall in the pear shape category. My major issue I observe is metabolism and imperfect digestion. I guess HIIT will help the metabolism. I tried HIIT as shared in the last post yesterday as I have a treadmill at home and voila! It was fun. Thank You so so much.
