Black Beans/ Rajma Hummus Recipe-
Hummus, as you all are aware, is basically a dip or food spread which is made by cooking and mashing chickpeas with a blend of olive oil, lemon juice, salt, tahini, garlic etc. It can be easily prepared and is one of the most sought after dishes for Low Carb eaters.

Lets quickly know what are the main ingredients required for this dish.
For Preparing Black Beans/ Rajma Hummus you will need-
- 2 Medium cup beans
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon Tahini
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- A small pinch of cumin
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2-4 tablespoons of the liquid left after draining black beans
Method of Preparation-Black Beans/ Rajma Hummus Recipe
The method of preparing hummus is extremely easy and any one can easily prepare it by following these instructions as under-
Firstly, add all the ingredients mentioned above to the food processor container leaving the liquid left after draining.
Allow the food processor to mix the ingredients until they all are smooth and consistent.
Afterwards taste a small portion and add any extra spices, if they are not as per your taste.
After adding the desired spice, also add 2-3 tablespoons of the liquid which was left after draining the black beans and mix well so as to make the mixture smooth and consistent.
You can usually decide how much consistency you need for the hummus and based on that add the liquid so as to get the desired smoothness & perfect consistency.
