We started IWB with hope of living a fit life and so glad that this site has become such a big part of everyone’s life now. The moment site goes down people start messaging/mailing us to look into the matter and we realize how much we are being loved here.
Today we have achieved a milestone and the title must have informed you that :). We are now older by 1000 articles and we have to share our excitement with you. Fitness vs. Weight loss has grown by leaps and bounds, all thanks to our dedicated team. And our very own Doctor Sahiba gives much needed motivation to everybody who wants to stay fit. Rohan is a breath of fresh air in IWB. His work is witty and full of interesting ideas.
