There may be other factors that lead to excess of estrogen in the body but more of estrogen is produced in the body when there are more fat cells or when the person is overweight. Some people wear tight clothes to look slim and fit but such clothes restrict the flow of blood and prevent the body from flushing out toxins resulting in cellulite. Wear clothes that you are comfortable in and the kind that don’t hamper blood circulation.

7) Too much of caffeine intake


One cup of coffee a day is fine as most people can’t do without it. However, an overdose of caffeine can result in cellulite. So, be careful about your caffeine intake.
