I am sharing this Quick Healthy Corn Salad Recipe, all credits to my nutritionist. This is one of my evening snacks.
- 1 cup boiled/steamed corn
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 small chopped tomato
- Half chopped cucumber
If you are expecting me to give you a step by step procedure , then I would perhaps say , its DIY :P. Just mix all the ingredients and add a pinch of salt n pepper. Chaat masala and lemon would make it more yumm !
