Carbs have been unnecessarily blamed as the culprits behind obesity. The truth is that all carbs are not the same. Processed junk foods containing refined grains and loads of sugar are very unhealthy and fattening but this has got nothing to do with whole foods rich in fibre that happen to contain carbs too.
Low carb diets are working for certain people. However, this doesn’t mean that all foods high in carb are bad.
