Eating your way to beat cancer
I wish I knew all of this, when mum was going through the cancer treatment. She recovered from ear and throat cancer in 2011, but the side-effects of chemo and radio are now visible. My heart goes out to all those who suffer from any form of cancer – this is why I strongly recommend a dietician to help us understand and learn about foods that would help beat the same.

A juicy red tomato a day, helps keep cancer at bay. The DNA structure of the body is protected, and the lycopene compounds in tomatoes helps beat cancer cells from multiplying too. Pastas taste better with tomato puree or simply chop them for fresh salads, the choice is yours.
