How To Burn 100 Calories Without Exercising
How is your weekend people? I have been super lazy today. I have least motivation to hit gym during weekends, so I think of some easy peasy ways to burn off a few calories.
So the question arises –
How To Burn 100 Calories Without Exercising ?
Here are few activities that can help you burn 100 calories without even trying 😛 . BTW, 100 calories means 15 minutes intense workout, that all it takes !
Shop till you drop
Oooh yeah my favorite of the entire list 😛 . I find shopping to be a full workout , not just an activity for burning 100 calories. In 4-5 hours of shopping, I bet I burn more than 300 calories 😀 . P.S – I am not talking about online shopping…but good old way of shopping – checking shop 1 rack 1-100 , shop 2 rack, 1-50 shop 3 rack 1-25 … go back to shop 1 rack 45 dress 1, 5, 7 ,9 , 11 ..try them on … workout you see 😛 😀
Clean your mess
This is my least favorite from the list 😛 . House hold work like mopping, washing dishes, vacuuming can help you burn quite a lot of calories. Poncha your floor is the best cleaning workout, hands down 😉
Spice it up
If you are sexually active, 1 more reason of doing it is to burn calories !
Baby’s day out
Take your baby or kid out for walk, skating , cycling …. You get to breathe fresh air, spend quality time and at the same time, you are burning calories !
I am mad about dogs, I just love them ! Taking care of dog – brushing, conditioning and drying a dog is a good workout. Dog strolling is also an amazing way to make your evening walks interesting !
Bicycle to office
If possible, cycle your way to office once a week. A great go green initiative that help you save some fuel money and makes you workout 🙂
Take the elevator at home or in office. If you are lazy to climb up all the time, then climb down every time and climb up lest say 50% of the times ! It saves you the time you waste, waiting for the elevator !
Be a cook
Cooking a meal while you stand for an hour helps you in 2 ways. One – you are careful about your dish while doing your best to taste and nutrition. Two – you are burning calories.
Great hobby and great workout ! You can have a beautiful garden and fit body with one activity 🙂
Talk after walk
I follow this all the time in office. I prefer to talk to a person by walking to his/her desk … rather than pinging him/her on communicator or playing email email 😀
