Have you ever thought of losing weight in a week? I am sure all of us think about it all the time. who won’t like to lose those piled up kilos to be shed in a few days? But do you think that it is possible? I believe that it is very much possible and I have done it. I lost seven kilos weight in a week. I know that it was not at all difficult. How did I do it? Simple by changing my attitude towards everything that was responsible for my weight gain.

Whenever you feel sick of your weight issues, have you ever tried to focus on the reasons why you gained weight? As far as I am concerned whenever I have done it, I realised that it is all due to my bad habits. I have tried to control all those so many times but let me tell you it is the hardest task I have ever tried to do in my life. Though I have never tried any special weight loss program but there are so many of you all who have been trying weight loss programs and unsuccessfully. Have you ever thought if you have failed the program or the program has failed you?

Attitude is the devil

Good Weight loss programs don’t teach you how to lose weight but they change your attitude towards your habits which cause you weight gain. If you have been trying unsuccessfully to lose weight then I am sorry to say that you might need to change your attitude. You need to change your basic perception about things. If you continue to think the way you have always been doing, then you will continue to get the same results what you always got. As I said earlier too so many times that weight loss is all about changing your mental makeup. If you think you will fail, you will. If you think you will succeed, you will.

Attitude is all about making the right choices. If you make the right choice then you have developed the right attitude and vice versa. We need to remember that we cannot change what harm we have already done to ourselves due to bad attitude towards health but of course we can make a new start by changing one thing that is our attitude.

Frame your first goal as “I want to be happy by living without any medication.” This kind of goal will surely help you to work harder to attain your goal rather than running away from the efforts.

Adopt a practical strategy

  • “If I have one spoonful of sugar then I will go for a mile-long jog.”

Thus having a clear strategy surely helps. Try it.

Now think beforehand what will you do if you have to attend a birthday party or a dinner night out? Work out how you will overcome these before they happen. decide that you will have a smallest possible bite of cake and other sugary treats and then stay strong to do so. Believe me if you succeed once you will succeed always.

Weight loss success or success of any weight loss program depends on your attitude towards your own self, your commitment towards your health. Make your attitude self friendly. Form habits that make you not break you. After all, it’s you and you only who is your own responsibility.
