This time I want to come to aid of those of you who are on a weight-loss journey and looking for something new to try, may be you are bored of your routine, maybe you need to kick the butt of a plateau, Or just do something new with your routine diet, Am sailing in the same boat guys so while speaking to a friend about this issue she told me a new diet secret!

Most of us go to the dietician who 99% of the time advises us to start the day with lemon water. This time I am asking you to replace your lemon water with parsley and lemon combination water. The juicing revolution had gripped weight loss fanatics over the world, and this is one of the combination widely used. Here is how you do it:

  • Chop Parsley (a small bunch) and put it in a juicer,

  • Add in water (about 1 cup), add juice of ½ a lemon to this, Juice it up! Feel free to add water as per the consistency you like.

  • Drink this concoction on an empty stomach, i.e. first thing in the morning.

Eating parsley can reduce the risk of cancers such as breast cancer, prostate cancer and digestive tract cancer. Parsley contains high levels of a flavonoid called apigenin. Not only does apigenin possesses remarkable anti-cancer properties, it’s also a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.

This method is worth a try and something different from your lemon water with honey concoction, but please keep in mind that just having this juice in the morning is not going to ensure weight loss, you need to follow a healthy diet along with this. This method is used just to detox and flush out the toxins and water retention. Thus, what you will lose is not fat but just unwanted water and toxins from the body.


With All the back process explained, I needed to try it out too but having lemon in the morning causes me to suffer from acidity the whole day I asked a friend of mine to try it out, the result with 5 days of doing this with just a balanced diet with home cooked vegetarian food ensured she lost 350 grams at the end of the week! Of course the results may vary, this is what she experienced.
