Flaxseeds have lignans that lower blood sugar, cholesterol and insulin levels. This reduces the risk of diseases. It is a great omega 3 source that protects the skin from the sun’s radiation and reduces skin damage.
The antioxidant activity of this fruit is even higher than that of green tea. Pomegranates help decrease inflammation and protect the skin from damage due to the sun. It can even repair existing damage.
The lycopene in tomatoes has a lot of health benefits to offer. Studies say that they protect the skin from the sun’s damaging rays. They can help reduce wrinkles too.
