Initially, I used some milk and water to have Isopure, but I used to have a running stomach. Thus, now I switched to plain water or juice. Always take flavors that are not very fancy. I always check the sodium content on the labels. The lower the sodium the better it is. You will find that plain flavors always have less sodium 🙂

When to consume Nature’s Best Zero Carb Isopure

Post work out is the best time, when you need protein. However, consult your doctor if you are on any medication/expecting/lactating mother or your body protein content is high. Although it is absolutely safe, taking precaution is always better 🙂
