Patanjali Amla- Aloe Vera Juice Review
Hello Fitness lovers,
Today I am here to share my latest tryst with an ayurvedic product from Patanjali which is a very well known brand dealing with ayurvedic products ranging from health , nutrition & skincare!
I happened to bump in these juice tetra-packs one ay and so I decide to give them a try. Earlier, I have been using the Amla Juice & Alove Vera Juices which come separately from Patanjali for health and beauty purposes. Although, I won’t say that they taste anywhere near to good but I can practically drink anything if it is healthy for my body, so I didn’t have major issues with the taste. So, I was naturally curious to know how this particula juice would taste as it claims to be a mix of aloe vera and amla juice! 🙂
About Patanjali Amla-Aloe Vera Juice
The mix of Amla- Aloe Vera Juice with Litchee flavor is very new and unique in its own way. Those who have previously used the individual juices of Amal & Aloe Vera from Patanjali will surely find this juice tasting much better that the others.
This juice contains sugar in it which makes it easy to drink however, people on weight loss journey and those who are diabetic should completely avoid this as it contains added sugar which will count for the sugar consumption if the juice is taken in good amount.
It is a good way of having juice which is ayurvedic and prepared with herbal ingredients without any added preservatives or calorific items.
Price– INR5 for 65ml
Packaging- The tetra pack comes in a 65ml pack and is really convenient. Also since you can’t store these juices for much long time, these tetra packs are really great.
Color– The juice is light in color like a lichee juice.
I feel it is a decent option to opt for drinking juice which are considered the best for the skin. Being from an ayurvedic brand there is no question of having any harmful ingredients specially when the brand itself condemns the selling of carbonated drinks owing to the adverse effects of soda drinks on the human body.
However, I feel that if one is suffering from high diabetes and is advised to lower the intake of sugar to the least possible limit, they should probably refrain from drinking this juice as it clearly indicates the presence of sugar in it.
Those who are trying to loose weight are also advised to avoid drinking this juice as it will eventually bring you back to the point where you started the weight loss journey. Fresh juice is the best option for those!
