Anapansati Meditation

Anapansati Pyramid Meditation has been Patriji’s core practice. ‘Ana’ means inhaling, ‘Apana’ refers to exhaling and ‘Sati’ means ‘to be one with’. The word Anapansati thus means to concentrate on breathing and at the same time be aware. For this you don’t require a mantra to chant or a diety to worship.

You can do this meditation anytime. You just need to make sure that you are regular.

Sit in a comfortable posture with your spine straight but relaxed. Clasp your hands, cross your legs and keep your eyes closed.

Your thoughts should not take over your mind. Inhale and exhale softly. You need to observe your breath as it will help you remain focused.

You should meditate on a daily basis and it should be according to your age. If your age is 30 you should practice meditation for 30 mins and if you are 40 years of age, you should do so for 40 mins.
