Hi Ladies,
I love my phone, we all do. They make our life easy. We can do zillion tasks such as take pictures, listen music, save notes, play games and many other things. But the most exciting part is how our phones will help us to get in shape. Today, Mobile apps help us run faster, get stronger, eat smarter, and connect with people around the globe. What makes mobile apps such good fitness and health companions is that we typically have them with us at all times.
Here, I’m listing down top 6 Health and fitness apps which I have been using. These apps will not only help us to lose weight but also encourage us to work out more often, or even just to increase our daily movement on the whole.
Top 6 Free Health and Fitness apps
MyFitnessPal
MyFitnessPal is one of the best when it comes to health and fitness tracking. It has over two million food items; it makes us keep track of calories in an improved manner. It can be used with all diets, whether you’re on low-carb, high-protein, or just trying to eat healthier. We can even add up our friends and check progress, all in all a complete calorie counting and diet tracker app.
How I use this: I used this to track the food consumed everyday and to track my workout routine to calculate calories consumed and the calories burnt.

Diet Assistant
This app is like having our own personal trainer with us in our bag. We will get healthy, personalized diet plans with shopping and grocery lists as well. It has different plans such as for cleaning your body or just cutting fats or even if you want to feel good. You can make your own diet plan and save it. It also includes nutritional facts, a weight-loss tracker, BMI calculator, diet and weight loss tips and tricks.

7-Min Workout
Well, we all have those days when we don’t have time for hitting the gym, or our yoga class. However, we always have 7 minutes free with us at any point of the day. That is when the 7-Min Workout comes handy. It brings us an intense, scientifically formulated workout that we can do just about anywhere and with almost no equipment. A ticking sound counts down your 30 seconds of exercise, and verbal commands tell you when to switch sides. You get 10 seconds of rest between each set of exercises, and a caption at the bottom of your phone tells you what’s coming next so you can be prepared.
How I use it: There are days when I don’t have time to hit the gym or even workout for long hours, then I use this 7-min workout. This gives me an effective and short workout which I can do in my room itself. Sometimes I repeat it twice to have a better 15 minute workout.

by no means found any fascinating article like yours.
It’s lovely price sufficient for me. In my opinion,
if all webmasters and bloggers made just right
content as you did, the internet shall be much more helpful than ever
before.
