To get your metabolism in gear you should include eggs in your diet. However you cook them, they are healthy! The protein in eggs is the most important thing for your metabolism and it will make keep you full for a longer time. To make the most of everything, try adding other metabolism boosting foods to your morning meal such as pears, peaches, oats with berries. You can cook eggs in coconut oil too!

Sip on a cup of green tea. It has a lot of antioxidants that improve your overall health. To increase your metabolism just one cup may not be enough so you may need to have several cups a day (about 5).
Trick no 6: Pack a snack
Keep a healthy snack packed with you to carry along to your work place. When you get hungry and reach out for an unhealthy snack, you will slow down your metabolism. Keep changing your snack depending on your daily mood. This will keep your snacking habit interesting as well as exciting. Snacking keeps your metabolism strong and prevents you from gorging on foods that are not good for you later.
