    I read the post regarding weight loss by Harcombediet Plan.
    I want you to do this diet and see the results. We all will do this with you and post the results.
    I really want to do this but I am not able to get if we can eat daal n all. Their menu is different from Indian food.

    • Harcombediet Plan is a low carb and gluten free diet so eating roti is out of question … dals too have to be restricted to a few particular ones… Most important is that it is not really for vegetarians or vegans… still if you wish you can try Anupreet.
