The coconut butter is made by grinding the white meat of the coconut to give it a consistency similar to butter. This butter has a lot of health benefits to offer and most of them are similar to the ones offered by coconut oil!

Healthy fats (medium-chain fatty acid) that are found in coconut butter help in weight loss but this does not mean that you start over eating it!
