My personal experience says that we can feel healthier just by adding the below mentioned foods to our diet and promote weight loss with good health after completing 40 years of age.

Fish and preferably salmon should be a part of diet after 40. As we touch 40, there are chances of hunger hormones to get affected. High in protein and low on carbohydrates, salmon has vitamin D3 which keeps appetite in control, thus aiding in weight loss.
2) Plant-based milk
With age, it gets difficult to break down the lactose in dairy-based foods. This leads to gas and bloating. So, the best thing to do is to avoid dairy. We can instead go in for plant-based milk like soy milk, coconut milk, almond milk and rice milk. Even Cashew milk is a great option. All these nut and plant milk are low on carbohydrates so great for keeping weight loss going.
We need to eat the whole egg as the yolk contains healthy fats that keep us full and reduce cravings. The fat reducing nutrient – choline is also present in the yolk. What else do you want if you are on your weight loss journey after 40!
